Enjoy two full days of culinary adventures from start to finish, where you will learn to prepare delicious dishes and taste extraordinary Peruvian cuisine.
ITINERARY
DAY 1: GOURMET TOUR OF LIMA AND LUNCH AT LA ROSA NAUTICA RESTAURANT
Around 10:00. The tour begins with pickup from your hotel to head to a typical “Peruvian market.” In this area you can see a wide variety of Peruvian products and taste unique fruits such as cherimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto and pacae.
We will also visit the exclusive restaurant “La Rosa Náutica”, where you will learn how to prepare the national drink of Peru, our famous “Pisco Sour” and the delicious and unique “Ceviche”.
Then you can enjoy a delicious lunch that includes the most representative dishes of Peruvian cuisine.
DAY 2: GOURMET NIGHT TOUR ON THE SECOND DAY
From 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. approximately. We will pick you up from your hotel to begin the tour that begins at a luxury restaurant located directly on the beach. With spectacular views of the Lima coast, Cala is a restaurant that should not be forgotten. Here, a professional bartender will share the secrets to preparing the perfect Pisco Sour. After this refreshing cocktail, we will head to Amaz, known for its cheerful and friendly design as well as its culinary creations, winner of the Best New Restaurant in Peru award in 2013. The next stop is a Lima classic: Huaca Pucllana. the Prestigious. Restaurant located in an archaeological complex with illuminated ruins dating back to 500 AD. Here you can enjoy a selection of Peruvian dishes and a pisco cocktail. To end the night, we will head to the bohemian neighborhood of Barranco for dessert.
