Take a tour to the highest navigable lake in the world known as Lake Titicaca and walk around the Colca Canyon in Arequipa.
These 14 days are not enough to know all of Peru but those that will be visited wii be the best places in which you will enjoy to the fullest.

ITINERARY

Day 1 – June 17th: Lima

Arrival in Lima and transfer to the hotel Accommodation at San Agustín hotel or similar

Day 2 – June 18th: Lima

08:15 – 08:45 AM City tour in Lima Modern Lima We will stop at the Intihuatana Park, located on the Malecón de Miraflores, from where we will observe the Pacific Ocean. We will start our tour through the modern residential districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. We will see outside the Huaca Pucllana, a pre-inca ceremonial temple in the form of a pyramid that survived the urban expansion of Lima. We will continue our trip to the Parque del Olivar and the Financial Center.

Colonial Lima Continuing our trip, we will go to the Historical Center of Lima, declared by UNESCO in 1991 Cultural Heritage of Humanity, where the center of the Spanish colony was founded in the sixteenth century and the first buildings were erected. We will visit the Plaza San Martín, its balconies and old houses, the Plaza Mayor and its most important buildings, such as the Government Palace, the Cathedral of Lima, the Archbishop and the Municipal Palace, the Desamparados station, among others. We will enter one of the most important convents of the seventeenth century. Where the relics of the three Peruvian saints Santa Rosa de Lima, San Martin de Porres and San Juan Macias are kept. Day 3 – June 19th: Lima – Cusco

Morning transfer hotel to the airport Flight Lima to Cusco Once in Cusco, transfer to the hotel 13:10 – 13:25 PM Afternoon City Tour We will pick up our passengers and visit the Cathedral, the Temple of the Sun and the Inca sites of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay. This tour ends at the Plaza de Armas. We recommend bringing money in soles to return to the hotel or dine in the center of the city. You can also bring a backpack with snacks, wind jacket, sun block, hat. Accommodation at El Puma hotel or similar

Day 4 – June 20th: Cusco

13:00 – 13:15 PM Atvs half day tour to Maras and Moray We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco in the afternoon, then we will go to the town of Cruz Pata, in the Sacred Valley. Here we will take the ATVs and start our adventure; We will pass through beautiful Andean landscapes and the small town of Maras. Then we will visit the archaeological complex of moray. Then we arrive at the end point of the route, where our private transport is waiting for us to return to Cusco. The trip has a total duration of approximately 4 hours; 2 hours and 30 minutes approximately in the ATVs. This tour ends at the Main Square, we recommend taking some extra money in soles to return to the hotel or have dinner at the center. 7:30 pm Information at the hotel for the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour Accommodation at El Puma hotel or similar

Day 5 – June 21st: Cusco – Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes

we will start our tour to the Sacred Valley, we will visit the archaeological site of Pisaq and Ollantaytambo.
We will pick up our clients from their hotels to go to the Sacred Valley, where we can visit the places of Pisac and the artisan market, half way through our tour we will stop to enjoy a wonderful buffet lunch that combines some local and national dishes. After this magnificent lunch, we will go to Ollantaytambo, the last living Inca city, we will visit the great walls and the huge terraces. After this visit, our bus will leave us at the Main Square in Ollantaytambo at approximately 16.30pm, we can spend some time to visit the town, our train departs at 19:00 pm and from here to the station, it is like 15 minutes walking and we have to get to the station at 18:30. 18:30 PM at the train station 7:04 PM Train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes 20:45 PM Arrival to Aguas Calientes and transfer to hotel 21:00 PM Information for the visit to Machu Picchu the next day Accommodation at the Hatun Samay hotel or similar

Day 6 – June 22nd: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Cusco

Early in the morning, our guide will pick you up to go to the bus station, where we will take one of the first buses to Machu Picchu. This trip will take you only 25 minutes to a beautiful road with a cloud forest and a lot of vegetation surrounding Machupicchu. Once at the archaeological site, our guide will give us some recommendations for a comfortable visit, the complete tour will last approximately 2 hours. Currently, you can visit Machu Picchu for 4 hours in total and you must have a guide. After the visit you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes. 14:25 PM Wait at the Perurail train station 2:55 PM train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo 16:31 PM transfer from Ollantaytambo to Cusco Accommodation at the hotel El Puma or Similar

Day 7 – June 23rd: Cusco – Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain – Cusco

Around 03:30 hrs, our transport will pick up our passengers at the hotel where we will begin a journey of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to the Community of Japan, here we will have our buffet breakfast and then continue to Kirawiri, from this point we will begin our walk after a few brief recommendations from our guide. We will walk surrounded by spectacular views of the high Andean landscape for about 2 hours until we reach the highest point located at approximately 5080 meters above sea level. We will have time to rest, take pictures and enjoy the view, then return through the beautiful Red Valley with chances of seeing vicuñas, the return will take about 2 hours to Japura, where we will be waiting for our delicious buffet lunch. After lunch, we will return to Cusco where we will arrive around 18:00hrs. Accommodation at El Puma hotel or similar

Day 8 – June 24th: Cusco

Day 9 – June 25th: Cusco – Puno

06:00 AM Transfer hotel to bus station
06:20 AM Check in at the bus station
06:50 AM touristic bus from Cusco to Puno with stops in important places with lunch included
17:00 PM Arrival in Puno and transfer to the hotel

Day 10 – June 26th: Puno – Uros – Taquile – Puno

Around 06:45 hrs, we pick up our passengers in their respective hotels in the direction of the port of Lake Titicaca where we will board our boat and begin our tour. During the trip, we will receive information about the important points of Lake Titicaca, and after approximately 30 minutes we will reach the Floating Islands of the Uros, where we will be able to appreciate the inhabitants of the island, their customs and way of life; We continue the tour to Taquile Island for an approximate time of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Taquile, is a large island known for its beautiful fabrics, where its inhabitants make by hand belts, gloves and clothing typical of the area. We will enjoy a great view of the lake, after walking a beautiful path which is slightly inclined, and it is recommended to walk slowly since we will be at approximately 3900 meters.
After, about 45 minutes, we will meet in the center of Taquile, where we will take a break and then visit the local museum where photographs showing important aspects of the Taquile community are displayed. After lunch, we will have free time to tour the island and later, around 14:30hrs we will return to the pier and take our boat to Puno, arriving approximately at 17:00hrs. Day 11 – June 27th: Puno – Colca Canyon

06:00 – 06:30 AM Meeting at the Hotel Conde de Lemos Puno to continue our trip to the Colca Canyon on the route we can do in Lagunillas, where we can see different lagoons and different migratory birds.
In the afternoon visit the spa of the calera.

Day 12 – June 28th: Colca Canyon – Arequipa

06:30 We will go to the point of view of the cross of the condor, strategic point of observation of the canyon and the spectacular flight of the condor. In return we will make a stop in the cities of Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque; Which have beautiful colonial churches, as well as in the viewpoints of choquetico and antahuilque, from where we will observe the impressive andenería of the valley, the tombs and pre-Inca models. We continue our trip to Arequipa.
Arrival to Arequipa, transfer to the hotel.

Day 13 – June 29th: Arequipa – Lima

Transfer hotel to the airport Flight Arequipa to Lima Once in Lima transfer to hotel Accommodation at San Agustin Riviera hotel or similar

Day 14 – June 30th: Lima
